Interac banned from Osaka prefectural projects
Interac has been found guilty of unfair labour practices by the Osaka Prefectural Labour Commission in July 2010 for refusing to hold collective bargaining with the General Union (full story here).偽装委託の全国の各教委が、講師直接雇用へ移行開始中。 文科・厚労省の「ＡＬＴ委託は違法」の通達に加え、愛知労働局の「教委と業者の派遣法違反」断定が追討ち。
