愛知労働局が、ｲﾝﾀﾗｯｸ社と東海市教委の「派遣法違反」を断罪　3月2日、教委の業務指示は明確＝「偽装委託」の改善命令下る。

　文科省・厚労省が「ＡＬＴ業務に委託は不可能」と通達し、全国全教委を対象に「業者委託の見直し」調査を実施している。ゼネラルユニオンも平行して、3か月？のクーリングオフ？などの継続違法派遣や、学校教育法にも違反した偽装委託を、各地で摘発してきた。相当数の教委で、「現在の講師を直接雇用する」移行が進んでいるが、インタラック社などは、教委に対し、脱法行為を緊急指南するなどして、生き残りを策しており、労働 ...read more

文科・厚労省「教委の業者へのＡＬＴ講師委託は違法」と改めて通達。ｾﾞﾈﾗﾙﾕﾆｵﾝと政府の交渉で、偽装請負＝違法派遣の教委と業者の「法違反調査」を確認。

東海市教育委員会ー英語指導助手の社会保険未加入状態は誰の責任？

ゼネラルユニオンは4月以降東海市教委に「英語指導助手を社会保険（健康保険・厚生年金保険）に加入させるように」何度も申し入れている。
