神戸地裁が、姫路獨協の大学側に全面敗訴の判決. 　ｾﾞﾈﾗﾙﾕﾆｵﾝ組合員原告らの解雇無効＝原職復帰の判決

乱脈な経営による危機を、講師に転化しようとした2012年のリストラ解雇について、神戸地裁は４月19日、獨協大学側の主張をすべてしりぞけ、５名の原告【教授・准教授・専任講師】に、「雇用契約上の権利を有する」とし、賃金・ボーナスの支払いをも命令した。
