N.B.
1. If you are joining with a specific problem, you are required to pay one year's union dues. Please remember to mark your application form clearly if you are joining with a problem.

2. After you make your application, your membership will be examined by the General Union Executive Committee. Your membership will be either accepted or declined.

3. Dues payments are non-refundable except by decision of the General Union Executive Committee.
