What we've won (a short list)

Paid holidays: Before the union, NOVA didn't give the mandated number of yearly paid holidays to full timers, a NO paid holidays for part timers.
Unemployment Insurance: Until 2000, NOVA didn't register teachers over 20 hours per week into this insurance. If you lose you job now, you have some guaranteed income.
Fines for lateness: Before the union, NOVA illegally deducted 8 lessons for lateness. We've now got them following the law at 4 lessons.
Individualized headsets at MM: Before the union, teachers were forced to share headsets, leading to a variety of health and hygiene concerns.
