学校法人立命館は、2007年6月4日、再び、不当労働行為で訴えられました。今回の焦点は、立命館大学で非常勤講師として働いている、ゼネラルユニオン副委員長に、１年半も前に雇い止め通告を出したこと、「外部の組合に事務所はいらない」として、労組事務所の貸与について検討すらしないこと、そして、当局が、ゼネラルユニオンのニュースだけを、掲示板からはがしたこと、の３点です。
